Things not working with ECI and your Website?
Three quick things to check before calling us.

1. Check the polling log for any Red X's. This will be a sure sign!
2. Export a Style and run an Exchange and see if that updated the site.
3. Run an Exchange and then a Process In Data if an order is not showing up.

If the site is not updating, an Initilize Out Data will not fix it. If anything you will make things worse. We would much prefer you follow the aboves steps.

3. Check there is actually inventory for this product and it is enabled in ECI.
4. Export a Style and run an Exchange and see if that updated the site.

If you are going to email us?
Please provide the following information.

1. Retail Pro Item number
2. URL Link to the product on the Website.
3. Category the product is assigned to in ECII.
4. Available Quantity for the item.
