RDI provides a plug-in for Retail Pro giving the retailer the ability to accumulate and track loyalty
points for their customers. Points are redeemed at the POS station based on a configurable percentage.
There are single Store and mutli-store versions available. Several loyalty program types are supported,
including instant discounts, store credit, gift receipts and alerts for the cashier to issue gift cards.
