
The quickest way to resolve your issue is to request support through RDI’s online support ticketing system. Upon receipt of your support ticket, RDI will assess your inquiry. Queries are processed as follows:
When entering a support request or before calling support, please make sure you have checked your system for any errors first. Please provide the support staff with exact details as to what is happening. you may need to provide the specific order number or item number.
Due to the increased volume of business, we ask that you use the ticketing system to expedite your response. E-mails sent to the RDI support desk or messages left on the support line will be merged with the ticketing queue and will be answered in the order in which they were received.
