RDi was founded on our ability to integrate Retail Pro with e-commerce websites. As Retail Pro retailers expanded their brick and mortar operations to the Internet, RDi integrations enabled them to synchronize their online and offline operations. Today, RDi’s achievements include hundreds of successful e-commerce integrations as well as non-e-commerce integrations that work on a variety of different retail systems.

Upon engagement, RDi’s goal is to work with our clients to understand their requirements and tailor solutions to fit their specific retail environments. Retail Pro Integration

We have created RDi “integration components” for Retail Pro and use them for most Retail Pro integration projects. These bases of middleware are what enable RDi to simplify the integration process resulting in faster project execution and affordable fees. The middleware acts as the foundation for the integration project. Its modular design allows us to customize each project with our own apps and plug- ins as well as 3rd party software based on the client’s needs.
