The Multiple Ship to Address plug-in allows a user to set up multiple shipping addresses for any selected customer with Retail Pro. When a sales order is being created, the user has button access to a plug-in to select from multiple shipping addresses associated with the selected customer.
This plug-in pops up a window to prompt the sales associate to verify or collect customer information in the customer or receipts screen. The fields can be filled in or corrected. This plug-in works in the Retail Pro receipts screen. If an item is attempted to be sold with a zero in the cost field the cost is calculated using the margin % fields in the department for the item.
The plug-in works in the Retail Pro receipt screen. It prompts the sales associate to e-mail a receipt to a customer giving the retailer the chance to collect the customer's e-mail address and provide a service. This comes with an e-mail configurator giving the retailer some ability to change the e-mail message over time. Please call RDi to confirm that the retailer’s e-mail system is adequate to handle this plug-in before selling.

This plug-in ties configuration items or styles together. When the cashier sells one of those items, a prompt appears in the receipts screen alerting him/her to cross-sell up to three additional items.
If a retailer pre-sells services to be used over time, this plug-in will allow the sale of those items via a non-inventory item, and will put that balance into the customer’s charge balance field. Then as the customer redeems them, the charge balance field is reduced until it reaches zero.
If a tracking number exists in a receipt in Retail Pro, this plug-in will take the user to a website to track that package via a sidebar button. This plug-in works for UPS, FedEx and USPS through Endicia.
For those retailers using QAS address verification software, this plug-in will integrate to QAS from any screen where customer addresses are collected and return and format them into the correct Retail Pro customer address fields.
This plug-in allows a retailer to set up a desired shipping cost for each shipper and order value. When a sales order is created it will automatically calculate shipping based upon the configured values.

RDi offers a Retail Pro version 8 series plug-in that will alert the SysAdmin of polling errors in ECI Exchange by generating an e-mail when red X’s occur in the polling log. The ECI+ Error Log Scanner eliminates the need for the SysAdmin to manually scan the logs each day.

For retailers who sell drink items requiring container deposits and/or recycling fees, this plug-in will automatically add line items into the receipt on items that require them.
Integration modules are available for connecting Retail Pro to UPS WorldShip, FedEx and USPS through Endicia's Galaxy. Upon input or scan of an SO number, the integration provides the order ship-to address information which appears in the shipping terminal. The tracking number is then sent back to the Retail Pro receipt. For ECI users, the tracking number is also sent to the website. This integration works with UniteU and non-UniteU ECI installations.
This plug-in specifies a reason code for each item on a return receipt or a negative quantity line item on a sale receipt. Return Reason Codes are built into a UDF field within system preferences. The user is prompted to select a Return Reason Code when a customer returns an item.
