Automatically calculate prices for all price levels in an item based on the first input price level of the item. It also has the ability to apply that price level across all items in the same style. The calculations are based on percent discount amounts per level off of InvenP$ set in a configuration file.

This plug-in pops up a window to prompt the sales associate to verify or collect customer information in the customer or receipts screen. The fields can be filled in or corrected. This plug-in is very configurable as to what information is collected and it can request or require information to be entered.

This plug-in updates the customer AR Charge Balance correctly as charges or payments on account are made. A plug-in is used at each POS station. In multi-store environments, a process runs each night to recalculate the customer charge balance correctly based on activity for that customer in all stores.

The plug-in works with lot number tracking. If an item is being sold past its expiration date the sales associate is flagged accordingly. The plug-in also applies a discount automatically to the item based on a value in a UDF field in the item.

The plug-in works in the Retail Pro receipt screen. It prompts the sales associate to e-mail a receipt to a customer giving the retailer the chance to collect the customer's e-mail address and provide a service. This comes with an e-mail configurator giving the retailer some ability to change the e-mail message over time. Please call RDi to confirm that the retailer’s e-mail system is adequate to handle this plug-in before selling.

For retailers who sell large quantities of a few items, this plug-in places buttons on the receipt screen of Retail Pro.  These buttons are tied to SKUs that reside in a configuration file. When pressed, each button will place its respective SKU on the receipt as a line item.

For stores that sell unique items requiring a serial number for each item, this plug-in will auto generate the serial number. The retailer specifies a predictable format for the serial number and the plug-in creates that numbering scheme sequentially.

If a retailer pre-sells services to be used over time, this plug-in will allow the sale of those items via a non-inventory item, and will put that balance into the customer’s charge balance field. Then as the customer redeems them, the charge balance field is reduced until it reaches zero.

For those retailers using QAS address verification software, this plug-in will integrate to QAS from any screen where customer addresses are collected and return and format them into the correct Retail Pro customer address fields.

Up to four images per item can be added to a product or style through this plug-in. These images can then be transferred onto an e-commerce site or used within other sections of Retail Pro.

This version 8 plug-in helps those customers preparing to convert a version 8 installation of Retail Pro to version 9. The plug-in forces every item in inventory to have a UPC code by  either scanning a UPC number or generating one to enable a clean version 9 conversion.

Integration modules are available for connecting Retail Pro to UPS WorldShip, FedEx and USPS through Endicia's Galaxy. Upon input or scan of an SO number, the integration provides the order ship-to address information which appears in the shipping terminal.  The tracking number is then sent back to the Retail Pro receipt.  For ECI users, the tracking number is also sent to the website.  This integration works with UniteU and non-UniteU ECI installations.
